Aim

The aims of the journal are to communicate research, encourage academic discussion, and to boost up scholarly writing on various aspects of social sciences and management studies. EJER covers the recent researches and practices on key debates and controversies within the broad field of education, management, planning and policy. It includes managerial aspects, innovative modes of instructional design, use of technology in education, education leadership, education management, learning engagement, instructional settings, teaching strategies, pedagogies, classroom management, language skills and aspects, testing, social justice, gender and inclusion, stratification, cultural studies, rituals, costume etc.

Scope

The journal blends the best of educational and managerial researches and practices, producing valuable resource for educators, managers, administrators, policy makers, researchers, teachers, graduate and post graduate students. Anyone engaged in the fields may submit her/his manuscript(s) for publication consideration EJER. All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by at least two professional reviewers with expertise in the relevant areas.-->
